An X handle. It does not need to agree, know in advance, or take any action — which is exactly why nothing addressed to it is called received.

Dev buy (SOL)
How much of your own SOL to spend buying the token at launch. 0 is fine — the launch itself costs about 0.02 SOL in rent and fees either way.
Token name
a preview, not a reading — nothing has been launched, so this zero has nothing behind it
Where the creator fees go
To the wallet that signs — Accepay takes nothing. This transaction cannot point them anywhere else: the builder has no recipient field, and the handle above is recorded with the token and routes nothing by itself.
Reassigning them is a second transaction on the Pump Fees program, and it is built: Assign fees. The program allows one assignment per coin — after that it answers SharingConfigAdminRevoked — so it is worth doing before the coin has a history.
Before it can be built
- — a token name
- — a ticker
- — a token image
- — a connected wallet
this uploads the image and metadata and asks for an unsigned transaction. Nothing is signed and nothing is spent until you have read what it does.
